Using only the best builders in town; namely, J. Mark Shea and Rick Cheek, along with our recent builder, Michael Reinsel. Mark and Rick have both been building homes in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years with high quality material being used. Michael has been building for four years and brings a great youthful experience to our building process. You can count on us to bring you a great experience in home building; whether it’s a spec home or private build, we can do it all.

We finished building a Duplex and Triplex in Winder, GA within walking distance to downtown Winder and parks and is now in a rental pool. We built in Hoschton, GA for an 18 unit townhome project named City Square East. All of these projects are 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath homes which are now sold out.
Additionally, we built single family homes in Duluth, GA off Ingram Road with 11 single family homes. There is a park area to help build a sense of community and a great gathering area for neighbors to mingle. These homes sold quickly and are all sold out. They are 4 bedrooms homes with 3-1/2 baths with open family room and kitchen area and 2 car garages. Three lots are basement lots.
Currently we are breaking ground in Peachtree Corners in two different locations and price points. We will be building 6 luxury townhomes right across from Towne Center at Peachtree Corners that will be 4 bedroom homes, 4 baths, open concept plans with a rooftop! Luxury townhomes starting at $1M. COMING SOON!
Additionally we are building an economic model townhome off Holcomb Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners that will be 6 townhome units with 3 bedrooms and 1 car garage. Very private as the homes will sit back off the road.
